The following is a list of  the trees that we hope to have for sale at some point this year.  Please call or email to check current availability.  The heights and spreads given in the descriptions are what you can expect for a mature tree approximately ten years of age.

Betula nigra ‘Dura Heat’ (River Birch)

Shape: Upright, rounded canopy.
Foliage: Medium to dark green leaves that stay green even in hot summers.
Fall Colour: Gold.
Bark: Bark peels early revealing creamy white inner colour, nice for winter interest.
Very heat tolerant, making it more resistant to bronze birch borer.
Likes Sun, drought and moisture tolerant.
H 30-40′ W 25’-35′

Betula nigra ‘Shiloh Splash’ (Variegated Birch)

Shape: rounded.
Foliage: Cream white to yellow with a green center, smaller than the species.
Fall Colour: Yellow.
Bark: Peeling bark in winter
Low maintenance and is highly resistant to bronze birch borer.
Full sun to part shade, moist to wet soil.
H 10-30′ W 8-15′

Betula utilis var. jacquemontii (Himalayan White Birch)

Shape: Open-branched, pyramidal form
Foliage: Green leaves turns yellow in fall
Bark: Whitest bark of all birches
Light: Full sun
Size: H: 30-40’ W: 20-30’
Does well in closely planted groups
