Our Guarantee

We guarantee that our plants are healthy and properly labeled when they leave the nursery.

We do not guarantee plants damaged or killed by the following:

  • Extreme weather conditions
  • Browsing or breakage by animals
  • Cultural issues such as over or under watering

Please note that we cannot guarantee that all plants will be successful and/or that you will be 100% satisfied with your purchase.

Live plants require proper growing conditions and care to thrive and establish in your garden. If you notice any issues with a plant you’ve recently purchased, please contact us right away so that we can help you troubleshoot the problem.

If we determine a plant was either not properly labelled or was in poor health when it left the nursery, we will offer a store credit for the full amount paid.

If you get a plant home and realize you made the wrong choice or purchased too many, you can return plants in original condition with a receipt for a full refund within a week of purchase.

Any non-plant purchases can be returned within 30 days for a full refund if still in original condition with a receipt.
