Our Guarantee

Plant Guarantee

We guarantee that our plants are healthy and properly labeled when they leave the nursery.

We do not guarantee plants damaged or killed by the following:

  • Extreme weather conditions
  • Browsing or breakage by animals
  • Cultural issues such as over or under watering

Please note that we cannot guarantee that all plants will be successful and/or that you will be 100% satisfied with your purchase as live plants require proper growing conditions, care and sometimes patience to thrive and establish in your garden.

If you notice any issues with a plant you’ve recently purchased, please contact us right away so that we can help you troubleshoot the problem.

If we determine there was an issue with the plant we will issue a store credit. Note that both plant and receipt are required as proof of purchase.

Return Policy

If you get home and realize you made the wrong choice or purchased too much, you can return plants in original condition with a receipt for a refund or store credit within a week of purchase.

Any non-plant purchases can be returned within 30 days for a refund or store credit if still in original packaging with a receipt.

** Plants and other items purchased at a 50%, or greater, discount are considered clearance and are a final sale.
